Here is the dressing recipe that goes with this video:

    Japanese Dressing
4 tbsp fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice
1/3 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu
1/3 cup first cold-pressed organic light salad oil (sunflower, safflower, or such, not olive, flax, peanut, or canola oil)
5 tbsp sweet pickled ginger, chopped (careful not to use salty ginger)
    1/4 cup water
Optional: 4 tbsp white rice wine or sake

Chop ginger very fine and mix ingredients well.
